I have a passion for sharing the skills and techniques I’ve learned over the years with others who want to build their strength.
I help my clients find out the (brutal) truth about their fitness goals. Understanding your perspective means I can choose the best path to consistency: the most important factor in achieving any fitness goal. We start at the bottom. Basics gets you to move well, efficiently, and prepare for challenges. Every few weeks, we’ll adjust to help avoid plateaus or stagnancy. Progress is key!
My program focuses on movements with barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, and other free weight equipment - proven methods for building real strength, and training that requires manipulating your bodyweight, your strength, and your mind.
